Quality Check & Approval: Once your returned item arrives at our facility, our quality team inspects it to ensure it is in its original condition. This process takes up to 2 business days, and you will receive a confirmation email once approved.

Processing Timeline: Once approved, refunds are processed within 7 business days.

Payment Methods: Refunds are issued strictly via InstaPay, Bank Transfer, or Mobile Wallets.

Shipping Fees: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item sent from our end.
